Return & Refund Policy
Overview
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on custom or personalized items once an order has been placed.
Each item is made specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
Proof Approval
Before production begins, you will be sent a design proof for approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details, including spelling, names, dates, layout, and design elements.
Once a proof is approved, the design is considered final and cannot be changed. No refunds or replacements will be issued for errors that were approved in the proof.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- All custom or personalized items
- Items approved through a design proof
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part that does not match the approved proof, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to determine a resolution if applicable.
Refunds
Because all custom items are final sale, refunds are not issued once production has begun or a proof has been approved.
If a refund is approved due to an error on our part, it will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on custom or personalized items. Replacements may be considered only in cases where the item is damaged in transit or produced incorrectly compared to the approved proof.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.
